New Hyperion Ensemble CD [EDMN 1031]

The third CD from our 2011 recordings is out now on Edition Modern (EDMN 1031) under the title “Paris – London (III). Spectrum XXI Festival”. It features the following pieces:

Iancu Dumitrescu:

Sound source (1969 – 2011) for ensemble and no-input mixer.

Vulcanoes (II) (2009) for ensemble and computer sounds.

Incandescent Midst (2011) for ensemble and computer sounds.

 

Ana-Maria Avram:

Chiaroscuro IV (2011) for three percussion groups.

Chiaroscuro (2011) for three cellos.
